I started off by calling to ask for a price on how much a repair was and was quoted 250 and after arriving i was told it was 350. Fine, I need my phone so I paid anyway. After an hour I received a phone with a new screen that worked. Happily I brought it home and upon reaching home, turned it back on to charge it to find the LCD no longer worked, proving it had been defective. Ugh.
Drove back to show the manager who told me that I must have dropped it. After showing that there was no damage save the defective screen was told that I again MUST have dropped it.
Asked about the 180 day warranty on site was told it was actually only 24 hours. PARDON?
Fine I said it was still 24 hours into the repair so please fix? I was told that damage was cosmetic and fine before I left the store and that warranty only covers if the screen responds to 'sliding'. After arguing repeatedly about this was asked for phone so that they could show me where the 'drop' occurred. They showed me that it must have happened at the top right and then opened my contacts and took a picture of my contacts. When asked why he did that, he said as proof that you dropped it. I told him I was not comfortable with him taking a picture of my contacts.
Finally I asked the manager to place 'his' verbal warranty in writing to me. Was instead emailed a notice that water damage was also was not covered.
Now I am out 350 and have no phone. If they fix it right I guess its okay but God help you if they don't. I will be contacting their corporate number for a further information and hopefully get a refund and explanation as to why they needed to breach my personal privacy for proof.

I would normally live with it but I didn't feel like having cut up fingers so I googled I Fix Screens because I see them everywhere. I walked in and the waited briefly while the man behind the counter helped another customer. Here's where it gets good: the young man behind the counter WAS SO NICE! He suggested that I leave it overnight because the adhesive on the model that I have generally gives issues when being repaired. I asked if there was any way that I could come back at the end of the day bc I live pretty far away and he asked me what time would be good. When I told him to tell me a time he said that it was my decision (amazing) so we agreed on 6:00. When I went back he was busy helping another customer and when they finished he said, "I kept my word for 6:00," and ran back to get the tablet. While back there I yelled, "What's your name?" I knew it was the Justin from all of these reviews-- he said Justin. He is the kind of person that you want helping you in any business. He is the kind of person that anyone in customer service wishes to have on their team. He's friendly and personable, helpful and knowledgeable, and someone that you should travel a little bit further than you normally would to have your super fragile screen fixed because he is that good.    Read moreThis place is absolutely terrible and I deeply regret ever coming here in the first place. I brought my phone in for a simple fix on Labor Day because it was the only place that was open at the time. I dropped off my 5S and went to pick it up a couple hours later. When I got it back it seemed fine at first (I also had to ask to get my case back). After only a few hours of use, the screen was not recognizing the touches and swipes I had made, rendering it impossible to use. This had never been a problem after bringing my phone to other places before for the same screen repair. I brought it back and assumed it was a bad screen and had them use a different screen. After they were done I used it again and the same problem happened again. This time I just brought it back, had them put on a broken screen, and got my money back. Soon after, I went to two other screen repair places. They told me that the people had messed up my phone so bad that any new screen put on it wouldn't help at all.
