I’ve experienced some of the worst customer service at this location. both in person and over the phone. The staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It’s happened too many times to be a coincidence. As a small business owner, I always approach people with kindness and respect, but I’m met with cold, nasty attitudes in return.

Today I came for first time with my family. A lady with curly blonde hair was VERY NASTY. I don’t know if she does not like her job or what. Her customer service is DISGUSTING!!!! Also she told me that I was not allowed to be inside with my baby and I did understand that. But I was out where the displays are and she came to me saying.
