I would like to share an experience my mother and I had this morning at your KFC branch. Unfortunately, our visit was met with significant disappointment due to both an incorrect order and the manner in which the situation was handled.
We initially ordered a number three combo, which includes four pieces of chicken. However, when we received our order, it was incorrect, we were given a 12 piece meal instead. When we approached the staff to politely correct the order, the manager came out and insisted that we had indeed ordered the 12 piece. We explained again that we had actually ordered the four piece combo. Rather than helping us fix the mistake, the manager told us that changing the order was a problem and refused to correct it. When my mother asked to speak to the manager, she simply stated, “I am the manager,” my mom asked again can you change our order she said “changing the order is the problem” and walked away with our credit card. She came back with the voided check, gave it to us and said “if you want to re order you have to go around the drive through (even tho there was no one behind us. When I returned the chicken and told them the problem the supervisor Julissa never once said I apologize or anything even close to that. She just said if I wanted more chicken it would be a wait.
