I sent my laptop out to the company to get fixed as it was freezing, brand new 2 months old and in perfect condition. One of the clerks that attended to me helped me by boxing and bubble wrapping my laptop into the box which was very nice of him to, when I asked about insurance . He told me that insurance was included already . What he did fail to tell me was it was only covered for 50.00 . If I wanted additional insurance I could have purchased it. If I knew that I would have definitely done that without a doubt. 4 days later my laptop returns and the top flap part is dented and the whole screen is cracked. The company said it was out of warranty because of the damage and sent it back. So now I basically have a dented , broken screen laptop which I can't use and their only solution is claiming $50.00 ? They called me because I put in a complaint . And the lady that called me back which I won't mention name was nasty and did not come up with any type of solution to resolve this , she said she spoke to her clerk and I guess took his word that he did tell me . So this is all I got out of this problem . Terrible , I will never go back...
   Read moreI walked in at 1:59pm with terrible weather, the guy at the door was rude and miserable along with everyone else behind the counter. The energy was awful. The guy did take it to counter after telling me they where closed but I'd get no receipt. Which I'm grateful (for the 1 star) . Thinking no receipt , no problem I can just track it on the app. But ofcoarse they really didn't scan the package which is all they had to do, maybe press a button or two. I stood in the door way hoping maybe someone was professional enough to assist a customer, since when I walked in one walked out and another up to the counter to be helped. Along with atleast 4 other employees behind the counter . I get the whole last min thing , but it happens sometimes. It was literally after all the talking back and forth I walked out at 2:01 im pretty sure they don't just walk out at two so I don't know why my package didn't get scanned in or I couldn't get a receipt. Really going to be pety and not scan it till Monday? Or steal it . Its ridiculous. This location needs a serious customer service class. Maybe just some self healing for...
   Read moreWould have loved to rate this post office based on location, cleanliness, and services/products but it was overshadowed but the rudeness of the cashier clerk and customer. It was unnecessary and sad. I walked in and both clerks had a customer. This was my 1st time here and i took my time picking out a pink box to mail later w a valentines gift for a friend. I saw enter here but i guess i went on the wrong side. After dtanding there briefly...a lady walks up the other side and we looked at each other. Clerk calls next and was gonna go with the other lady but then said who was here first. I was so i went up. I was quick w my transaction and said Thank you very much repeatedly throughout transaction. The mannerisms were very much not wanting to have to service me. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or underlying understones because after i finished the two proceeded to snicker and talk about it while i was walking away. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wish i did not need to buy stamps so i could have just done a drive up mailbox.
