We came up from VA to NY for the weekend to celebrate My mother in laws birthday. My mother in law, my children's Grandmother decided to treat 6 of her grandchildren by taking them here. There is no place on the website that states that over 10 yo children cannot go on the slides/bounce houses, yet the 11 and 12 yo were told that they were not allowed to go on them. My daughter is 12, 5 ft and 85 lbs. The bounce house warnings state 70" and 200lbs. The staff and then manager told me that it's their rule. However the sign on the wall states, and I quote, "12 year old or under only, unless you are accompanying younger child". When I brought the sign to the manager's attention, she said, "on weekdays it would be fine, but on weekends it's more busy". Rules can't be changed per day. There is nothing on the website stating that the equipment is only up to 10yo. It says "great for children between the ages of 1-10". These were not rowdy, or big kids. They are actually both autistic and wanted to "play" with their siblings and cousins and were told that they couldn't. Their grandmother felt so bad, that she bought each of them a card for the games. And how many adults went up, without assisting any children? Too many to count. More staff could also be helpful. One worker in the entire play area wasn't safe when multiple little children are coming down slides at the same time, someone is going...
Read moreMy son has been going to Safari Adventure for the past Few Years and he absolutely loves this Place ! ..Yesterday was the first Day we came back since the Pandamic ,and My son was so Excited and was the happiest he has been In a long time ..At the end of the day at Safari , my son had to redeem his Game Card and he doesn't Understand that he can only get Certain Items for what he has earned and though I'm not one to talk about my son's Special Needs. This was something I had to share because the Manager was so amazing and Understanding . My son that is Special Needs wanted a Green Stuff animal and was hysterical crying and My husband and I were willing to do anything to get It for him because he was at the point where he was making himself sick and due to his special needs , he felt he didn't do a good job at the game and he can't do anything right . My husband talked to the Manager and her Understanding and her Heart was so Big , that she gave the Stuff animal to our son and I can't thank her enough for making our Little Boy so happy and Safari Adventure being the Best Place ever ! . My son slept with his Green Stuff animal all night . I would recommend this Place to anyone over and...
Read moreOverall very nice and fun place for the kids and adults. They have a big bounce house. Two large bounce slides one obstacle area with slides, small area with a slide for toddlers, lego area, sand area and arcade. I believe the arcade costs extra. The admission is 14 dollars for each kid even the little ones. I had to pay full price for my 18 months old. Most family places don’t charge until the kids are 2 years old. Adults don’t have to pay. They have two separate rooms for kids parties. They also have a small store where you can buy some food and toys. I have not tried the food but my husband wanted to buy A cup of coffee 15 minutes before closing and they did not have it. The place requires kids and adults to wear socks in the play area. If you don’t have them they can sell them to you for $2.50. Also I highly recommend long sleeves and pants because you can scrape you skin going down the slides. This is a good place to go on a rainy day with your kids. I will go back, especially...
