I have done business at Jewel’s for years. Always a good experience! Recently I had a ring that held a great sentimental value repaired there. I had been hesitant to leave this just anywhere. My good relationship with all the people at this store calmed my fears. Just got the ruby diamond ring back. Let me say it was done beautifully. Nick personally took time to go over the reconstruction of the ring from the time I walked in with it, giving me advice and ballpark price, until it was completed. I am very pleased. If you don’t believe me ask what they charge per gram and per k and for the weight of the chain and do the math yourself. But make sure you watch them weigh you’re chain and see what it says because I was lied to about the weight of a chain i purchased from them. When I went back in I was told I couldn’t be helped because I was calling them “lairs” by telling them I was lied too. They offered audio from the day it was purchased and when I agreed they quickly revoked that offer and continued too argue. I’ve been doing buisness there for years and the place was honest , but the new owners and staff are no good thieves now and they lost a loyal costumer. I had my rings sent out to be sized they returned when I went to pick them up I noticed they tried giving me my ring back with one of the stones missing. Then the staff acted like oh how did that happen. It was to be sent out with a rush order. Rush yeah ok ... A week and a half later. Then the manager Matt was very ruid. I went in the store and his one employee marina knew why I was in there and she continued to pretend she didn't even see me. This company SUCKS.
