Super Taco is such an unexpected gem located in the Via Port food court. I would always ignore it and eat at the Chinese place across from it until one day I decided to go over and give the menu a look. I’m so thankful I did; I now have dinner here every Thursday. It essentially is the Taco Bell menu, but with REAL, fresh ingredients, with a select option of Halal foods. Ive tried SO many items on the menu since my first visit that day, from the plain taco, quesadillas, nachos, to some of the best CRISPY seasoned fries, and MY personal favorite, the lamb gyro over rice. The foods are seasoned to perfection, and are very healthy portions so you won’t leave hungry.
If you haven’t made it here yet, I implore you to make a trip down, visit the friendly owner, and have a Super enjoyable dining experience OR order online and enjoy at home. Either way, you won’t be...
Read moreNot a great first visit to Super Taco yesterday. The owner/worker was on his phone when I approached the counter, I stood there for a while he had no idea I was even there! "There's a huge difference between orange nacho sauce and queso sauce! I should have taken my friends advice and not...

If you're driving by Rotterdam / Schenectady, and you want some good Mexican food, this is a great place to come. If you don't mind eating in the mostly empty food pit. At least it's not crowded. And I should add that their strawberry ice cream is really,...
