Uptown Beverage — Local services in Town of Rotterdam

It's really 3.5 stars. They are friendly and will look into special ordering something you want that is not in stock. Beer selection is as good as anything in the local area with exception of the Brew Crew. Unlike Glenville Beverage most everything here is priced so you dont need to inquire as to what it will cost. That is a big plus for me. Sometimes I dont mind spending extra on that beer sometimes I do. However, I shouldn't have keep bringing stuff up to the register to inquire about the price the way you often have to do in Glenville. No disrespect to our friends in Glenville, you guys have a nice selection but you are just too lazy in pricing your products. Prices here are good and many times are better than other local...

I ordered a case online because I live in the Hudson Valley area (lower NY) and Distributors don't carry Labatts Non Alcoholic down here. I thought it would ship UPS/FEDEX but I got a call that they had a driver making a delivery to a restaurant in Middletown which was about 25 miles from me. Instead of going out of the way, I decided to pick up my order there and we made arrangements that I would just get it at the restaurant so it gave me flexibility for pick up. This was awesome that I could get to enjoy enjoy the beer I had one time when I was upstate. Price was what I would expect to pay. Thanks for making this happen!!! Be careful of this place! I was not aware they don't deliver to my area and was NOT notified about it until I called about 3 weeks later after I placed my order, i wasnt given a tracking number or anything. But you can't email because they don't check it from the automated message I got back from emailing customer service. I called not once...but TWICE and some guy said he remembered me calling a few weeks ago and the $68 would be back on my card by the end of the week. We'll, that was 2 and a half weeks ago. I've resorted to calling my bank and disputing the charge. BE...
