Towne Bowling Academy Inc — Local services in Town of Rotterdam

Staff is super friendly and kind, but whatever you do, if you end up at lane 4, run, or ask to be moved to another lane. This lane does not function properly in any of the times I’ve gone in the past couple months, with our balls getting stuck, pins not reseting properly, leading to inaccurate scores and headaches. I tried having a good time with my gf after work only to leave with a headache and no desire to come back anytime soon. I understand lanes for league are of more importance, but when money is being exchanged, you expect a lane to function properly. Also they did not give us a refund for the completely butchered game, only for the remaining ones we did not do, giving me more reason not...

Decided to bowl here on a whim with friends on a Saturday evening. While the location was hopping with patrons/leagues the owner (?) was very accommodating and said he had one lane left for open bowling.

Unfortunately we had a large family next to us who was more than inconsiderate when they bowled making our experience poor. The family had no respect for the property and clearly no respect for anyone at all. A few times their antics caused damage (?) to their lane. The owner was nice and gracious when we told them about the situation.

Ordered sodas at the bar and the bartender (and patrons) were super friendly and invited us in to their conversation.

We had a wonderful experience. We ended up calling numerous other places that were full or didn't have lanes until rock and bowl. We ended calling and right away they were phenomenal. We drove from out of town to do something with the kids and I am so thankful we ended up here. Not only were the prices very accommodating but the staff and service was absolutely incredible!! We are already planning our next visit....
