We had diamond wedding bands custom made at Regency Jewelers in Schenectady, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Joe, Rick, and Jeff were all amazing to work with, and their attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. Their store came highly recommended by many leaders in our community that had years of experience shopping with them.

The process of 3D designing the rings and making the molds using their state-of-the-art 3D printer was fascinating to watch, and the end result was nothing short of perfection. Delivered on the timeline promised, though I don't recommended rushing something as important as wedding Jewelry.

The quality of the diamonds, finishing and the polishing was exceptional, and the prices were more than fair - they beat all the local and national mall jewelry stores we looked at. Why by from a mall store a ring that everyone else can buy off the shelf when you can buy One-of-a-Kind for less at RegencyJewelers?

I stopped into Regency a year and a half ago to inquire about wedding bands. I was met with a clean shop and a welcoming smile by the owner, Rick. Extremely down to earth, real, and honest. Any review on here lower than 5 stars is someone who probably didn’t deal with him. I brought in a diamond band of my wife’s that I bought elsewhere and he cleaned it up so good, we didn’t think it was ours!! We told him to take it back! That’s how good of a service he does. I’ve also purchased quiet a few expensive pieces that he designed and have no problems paying a good, fair price for them. He also made my wife’s wedding band off of a design we showed him. If you want something unique and made for you.....something that’s not mass produced....stop in and ask for Rick. You’ll thank me later. Nothing less than 5 stars...

It has been over a month since I have placed an order for a ring. When due time came, i was told to wait another week, then the day came, and was asked to wait over the weekend, called in to check on Tuesday, they told me to wait until Thursday afternoon. Today I called, they told me to come pick it up. Went there, ring does NOT fit. They told me to wait a few so the jeweler can open it up, gave them an hour, came back, ring still DOES NOT FIT. Trying to tell which finger I should put it on when I specifically asked for the one i wanted and was sized for about a month and a half ago. I am currently waiting ANOTHER hour for that ring. And the thing is, I don’t think I’ll get a discount for this. Fingers crossed I get it today. Just...
