I brought some Army uniforms to have patches sewn on, and even provided a complete uniform that was already done and correct. When I picked them up, some of the patches were crooked, not in the right place, and not the right size. I gave her a chance to fix it, and when I picked them up the second time, the quality of work was atrociously poor. The patches were shaped irregularly and the stitching was done terribly. Highly experienced and very reasonable with prices. I was referred to her for wedding dress alterations after David's Bridal (thankfully no longer in business) wanted nearly $350 for a bustle and to take in the straps. Betty Jane did it perfectly for less than $50. Ive gone to her several times since and her work has always...
