I placed an order online after I saw an item in the store and went home thinking maybe I could make something with it. I left close to closing time so I couldn’t go back, when I got the notification it said that they were out of stock,they were not as they had many boxes on a shelf up higher not with their regular product where I had seen them the night before. So being that all the other locations just put my order back or cancel it within a few minutes of being late for a pickup order I figured no harm no fowl I just won’t grab this order they had already messed with the coupon and it made it all more expensive by not having that item to fulfill the coupon. WELL THEY DIDNT THEY KEPT MY ORDER! I had to call in twice now to try to get my refund. I have a HOLD on my account I cannot place to go orders. I use this feature a lot because I have a chronic illness that is effecting my muscles, I have a wheelchair but I cannot push myself so I just try to deal with the swelling &pain until I inevitably can’t walk. I often have to sit on the floors of stores and things because of this to give my legs a break if I try to shop myself. For the most part I have to send someone in for me. Online ordering made this much easier but y’all want to act like I’m the problem. Just do your job don’t steal from people
No one answers the phone at this location so I couldn’t call to speak with a manager and every time I do go on the employees are outside smoking!! Yes both the employees working.. so I find myself at a self checkout that usually doesn’t work needing assistance and no one around but the customers...
Read moreI'm pretty new to the store. I understand it's the holiday season but all the unpacked stock in shopping lanes was not good. The lanes in the store are very narrow. I suggest (if) you have another place to put the stock before it's put on the store shelf store it there and do one lane at a time or one dolly at a time. The customers will have an easier time getting around the store. All the employees stayed very busy shelving product up front and the cashiers were very patient as people came up front to check out.
