Burger, chicken sandwich, & fries were mediocre at best, and the service sucked. Quality was not worth what they charged for the food.

Burger was both dry and not crispy for a smash burger despite crispy literally being in the name.

Chicken sandwich tasted and looked like it was a dry oversized chicken nugget.

Fries were the most basic mediocre fries ever.

Atmosphere was awkward, uncomfortable, and unfriendly.

Our order was taken by a trainee who was very green. We had an issue with them loading the salad we ordered with sauce without asking if we wanted the sauce on the side or not. Description of salad their was more of a joke than descriptive. When asked if we could have one with the sauce on the side, they took our food away and made us wait 15 minutes just for their 17-year-old manager to finally come out returning the food and then refused to provide us with what we requested unless we bought a whole additional meal. That by itself wasn't a big deal to me, but the attitude this child-manager had towards my father was far from professional or respectful in anyway, and very disappointing to watch how a supposed manager handled an unhappy customer. If I was the owner of this place and saw how this was handled, I would have been embarrassed and fired the kid on the spot. I completely regret...

Went there on a Wednesday around 3. We were the only ones in there and it was a total cluster. The girl took our order and never asked if we wanted a drink or if it was for here or to go. I ordered their Deluxe Smash Burger and it was ok, nothing special thats for sure. My daughter ordered Buffalo Chicken Tenders. Lets start with they were out of Buffalo sauce, so she got bbq sauce. They drizzled the bbq over the tenders sparingly. She also asked for a side of ranch dressing, guess what? They were out of tgat as well. The tenders were extremely dry and hard so much she through half of tgem away. Which brings up another point. The trash cans were overful and Im pretty sure it wasn't from todays lunch crowd that most likely ended 2 hours before we got there. We Went There On The First Day They Opened. We Waited For Our Food For A Hour And 20 Minutes. We Understand It's The First Day So We Were Patient... We had To Asked Them Twice Where Our Food Was. So They Were Trying To Find It And Then They Said They Found The Salad And It Was Done But It Was Over On The Side. The Order Wasn't Finished.
