Heartbreaking and Shameful Our Uncle died. We ordered flowers . This business said they could deliver. Day after Labor Day. Didn't say anything, like holiday hours may differ, please call us to see if we r open. No you just took our money. We are at the funeral, no flowers. Gave us a refund. I call spoke to BETTY AND SUE. Small business we r supporting, no I'm sorry , what can we do to make it better? Nothing. I said can u please run something down to Glenwood Cemetery, very close.. No. Can u Uber it. No. Shameful. I hope your business SUFFERS, like we did. U ruined the service, with all the phone calls. And u ruined the burial. No other flowers were there. Again. I hope your business SUFFERS. My father (Waterloo/ Seneca Falls native) passed away suddenly and I had many tasks to get his calling hours prepared very quickly so family could travel in… he loved fishing, especially at dawn and dusk. I showed the florist his fishing themed urn and asked them to mimic a sunset for his cremation flowers. They did a wonderful job. So impressed with Sinicropi Florist! I ordered a Get Well plant arrangement for a family member in the area. I live in Florida so I was looking for a local florist to support and found Sinicropi. In my Get Well note, I commented to the recipient an inside joke about the color yellow. When my family member received the arrangement, she immediately noticed that a yellow ribbon was attached to the outside.
