What a disappointment! We were in the area for a concert and to check out some wineries. We needed a place for dinner and the reviews for 84 Fall were very good. They had higher end, tapas with fresh and seasonal ingredients. This seemed to be perfect for us.

To start the hostess was very rude. It was busy and the place was packed. We asked how long for a table inside. She seemed annoyed with the question and said if we wanted to eat there our only option was outside. This isn’t usually an issue for us but it was about to pour. The awnings on the sidewalks didn't really cover the tables but we decided to try and eat quick. We took the table and saw she seated any other party that came in about 10 mins later. No one else was turned away, had to wait or eat outside. I also don’t think she told the other staff that she seated anyone out there because it took forever to be acknowledged and order. The server was surprised to see people at the table. Once the server knew we were there she did her best to be accommodating until it started raining.

We tried to not let this spoil our meal. We hoped the food would make us for these other inconveniences. For drinks we had the rose’, very good, and the apple mule, not so good, was missing the muddled apples so this tasted like pucker. To start we had the orange sesame crispy cauliflower. It was delicious, perfect crispy breading that didn’t get soggy from the sauce. The sauce was just sweet enough and covered up the cauliflower flavor which delighted my significant other. It was by far the best dish of the night. Next was the Korean street tacos with steak. This left us confused. There was nothing Korean on the plate. The meat wasn't marinated and didn't utilize salt and pepper. the pico was also tasteless and the taco shells were mostly full of tomatoes. We didn't even attempt to finish them after a few bites. Also worth noting at this point its started to rain and 10 mins later started to downpour. We were never given salt and pepper and our server had kind of forgotten about us. The final course had a lot of promise and used high quality ingredients. Sad to say there was a huge seasoning issue again. The scallops were fresh and big. They should have been seared more, on both sides, and needed salt. The risotto was a good texture, there was a good amount of crab and the flavors went together well. But this was also missing basic seasoning.

We asked for the check and were offered to be moved inside. We were soaking wet, it was a little too late. I am not sure if they had a bad night. We were upset that our meal and experience didn't match the other...

I was looking forward to eat at 84 Falls. I heard so many good things about the food and service. This was my first visit and my expectations were high because of the positive feedback. Unfortunately my experience was far from satisfied. The wait was very long. We did attempt an online reservation that unbeknownst to us was declined. Suggestion: If a request is declined please make sure to follow up to make sure the person did get a confirmation. Plus it is high class customer service to do so. However very, I will not fault the establishment for a glitch in technology. I do on the other hand deplore the lack of attention and proper customer service etiquette.

Anyway after multiple requests we were seated outside. Everything else too almost 15 mins to happen. We waited 15 mins for the menu. We waited 15mins to be served our drinks. We waited another 15 mins to be served two out of the three dishes we had ordered. The lettuce wrap tasted good. The Korean taco was plain and the beef was tough. The pork dumplings arrived later and it was not thoroughly cooked. It did not taste like pork either(this item was removed from the check). We ended up ordering barbecue wings as an additional item because we were hungry and cold. The wings were not bad. We asked multiple times to be seated inside as soon as there was an open spot. After almost finished with out less than tasty meal we were seated at the bar. We ended up sitting outside.

The only two good things out of this evening were; the bartender. He was attentive and immediately acknowledged us. Second was the waitress. She was polite and professional. I do not fault her for the service or food.

I will wait for the tasteless food and poor service to wear off before I consider giving this place another chance to go back there anytime soon.

Where to even begin?! One of the best places I've ever had the pleasure to eat at. Christopher and his staff were wonderful and our whole experience was amazing. We had reservations but came in early to have a drink at the bar. Christopher was so attentive and answered our many questions about the wine list. He had the best suggestions and was so informative. We were celebrating our anniversary and Christopher went above and beyond to make sure it was a perfect night and even gave us a glass of champagne on the house. We started with an order of Calamari, which was just so tasty and fried to perfection! Our dinner was just as excellent. I had the Black and Bleu Risotto and my husband had the Cajun Shrimp Potpie. He is still talking about it. Says it was the best thing he has ever eaten and that all the flavors of the dish complimented each other so well. My risotto was exactly the comfort dish I was hoping for and my steak was cooked perfectly! If you are in the Seneca Falls area I highly recommend stopping in to see Christopher and his amazing staff at 84 Fall! You won't be...

We were looking for a good place to go prior to an 8pm show at The Vine at del Lago. 84 Fall was overall a great experience. We made reservations for 6pm and we finished up about 715pm with plenty of time to work our way over to del Largo and get to our seats. The restaurant was full and the waitress told us there were many folks attending the show that night. Even though it was busy, the vibe was great and service was attentive. For our meals, my wife had the Black and Bleu Risotto which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the Pan Seared Salmon which was good. Slightly undercooked, but still tasty (I ate it all!) We both thought the accompanying Risotto was excellent.

84 Fall is a smaller restaurant right in the village of Seneca Falls. Found it while ‘yelping’ and decided to try it. Glad we did! We visited on a Saturday evening, but had reservations. The restaurant was nice, and busy. Wide selection of drinks and menu items. We visited in February and I thought it was odd they still had their Christmas/Holiday drink specials but as I love Christmas, I was happy with the options. Service was excellent as well as the food. Parking was a bit of a pain if you do not know Seneca Falls. We fortunately found street parking after doing a loop. Definitely a must try!
