We purchased a La-z-boy rocker power recliner. Two weeks after delivery of the chair the front of the seat cushion had a big wrinkle in it. After sending a photograph of it to Jonathan’s Furniture we were told there was nothing they could do as this was a.”Visual” issue not a defect of the chair. We would have to deal with the mfg. it’s been many weeks and several phone calls and emails with La-a-boy comfort care and still unresolved and not returning phone calls or emails. The comfort care representatives did call Jonathan’s directly and were both times told it’s not their issue. It’s how the chair is being sat in. The chair is being used by a 92 year old who weighs 160 lbs. isn’t a chair meant to be sat in?! Needless to say we won’t shop at Jonathan’s in the future or buy La-z-boy products. So much for warranty. La-z-boy comfort care also doesn’t understand why the store won’t resolve this as the chair is under warranty still. Extremely disappointed is an...
   Read moreWe visited Jonathan's at the recommendation of my brother, Peter. Boy are we glad we did!! Bob, Doug, Jessie, and the team took wonderful care of us from start to finish. My elderly parents needed better supportive furniture and bedding, and in a short turnaround as my mother was hospitalized. We needed to get things in the house changed for her to come home. They shared options and recommendations, arranged for expedited orders and delivery flexibility. Even a snafu from the manufacturer didn't stop them from getting what she needed in place in time for her return. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They truly cared, following up after each delivery to insure everything was okay. I can't recommend them highly enough. If I ever need furniture near Auburn again, I will definitely be going back to Jonathan's. ...

Nick Remaley, I am sorry you feel this way about this company. Everyone is entitled to opinions, but not when it is disrespect; especially for a company you worked for! I met you a handful of times while doing my shopping, and you never talked down on the company. Unfortunately, some businesses/jobs just aren’t meant for certain people! To be a salesman takes a lot.
