When we started Wedding planning, we both knew we wanted a band since live music means so much to the both of us. Once we heard Crossing Midnight Entertainment at a friend’s Wedding, our decision couldn’t have been easier. The band sounded amazing, high energy, sharp look, incredible sound, vocals and musicianship. Little did we know, that was only the beginning of just how amazing Crossing Midnight Entertainment really is. We originally set a Wedding date in 2020 which was pushed to 2021 due to the pandemic. It was pushed again to 2022 for the same reason. Throughout the postponements, Crossing Midnight was there for us every time, sending texts, emails, and cards, checking in and letting us know that they were always there. The genuine support and caring has been evident and present since the very beginning. We could not express how much this meant during an extremely emotional time. It was exactly what we needed. When our Wedding day was finally approaching, we were hit with a major snowstorm in which the venue recommended we once again postpone to the following day. We had hours to figure what to do and to see if our vendors were available. We called Crossing Midnight to explain the situation and seeing as there were multiple people in their band with one day’s notice, we understood if it wouldn’t be possible to have some or even all of the band there the next day at our rescheduled Wedding. A half hour later, Crossing Midnight called back saying their entire band moved their schedule around and they all would be there for the last minute time and day change. We couldn’t believe it. We were jumping out of our chairs with excitement over the news! When it came time for the actual wedding, Crossing Midnight blew everyone away with their performances. The guitarist at our cocktail hour was beautiful and filled the rooms with wonderful sound and music. When it came time for the reception, the whole band was incredible with sound, vocals, energy and musicianship that are truly unmatched. Our guests were dancing the whole night. The dance floor was packed throughout the event. This was a Sunday afternoon Wedding that felt like a Saturday night. Their repertoire of music is widespread and vast! They preform multiple genres of music incredibly well, there is no song they can’t perform. We cannot count the amount of guests who told us how amazing the band was, and are still telling us daily!! They truly were/are/and continue to be incredible. From both a professional and personal standpoint, there is no one like Crossing Midnight Entertainment. Rudy and Genesis were there for us from start to finish and we cannot express how grateful we are for their support through our difficult decisions and how amazing they were in giving us the best Wedding day we could have possibly ever imagined! Genesis, Rudy, and the Eclipse band from Midnight Crossing are absolute all-stars. From the moment we first reached out to the group, Genesis and Rudy were welcoming, kind, and (very, very) patiently answered all of our questions about the different services they offer. As we got closer to the date, Rudy and Genesis met with us to plan details for our wedding and worked hard to make sure all logistics were set. Their attention to detail knew no limits - they even made sure to write down the phonetic spelling for every person’s name who they would be announcing, to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Fast forward to our wedding day and we were outside, waiting for guests to take their seats before we were announced and someone from Midnight Crossing came out to check in with us. We were absolutely star-struck because it was Rudy! He was there all through the night to make sure the schedule was followed, the absolute best music was played, and that every single guest had the chance to get on the dance floor because they couldn’t stop moving their feet. Eclipse was incredible. Our friends and family continue to talk about how it was the best wedding entertainment they’ve ever been a part of - and the fact that the dance floor was never empty is absolute proof. People pulled muscles because they danced so much! When the night ended, someone else from the group came to check-in with us. It was Genesis! Consider us star-struck again! We didn’t even know she was there, engineering the audio from the back of the room the whole night until it when it was time to close up shop. Whenever we recount our wedding day, we thank our lucky stars that we had such a dream team present - and Genesis, Rudy, and the entire Eclipse band were a huge part of that team. My husband heard CME at a wedding almost a decade ago and said they were the best wedding band ever. They are still blowing people away with their performances every weekend. Since hiring them, I kept tabs on their instagram and they’re always posting their live performances. It built up a lot of confidence and trust in them over the months leading up to our wedding. Genesis was super communicative throughout the whole process. I believe they have options and add-ons to fit anyone’s needs/budget. We took advantage of their attended photo booth option and it was a great addition. I had all the photos from the booth within the week! All I can say is they are an extremely talented group of people!! They know any song you could expect to have performed at a wedding and you have the option for 2 songs they’ll learn with at least 1 month’s notice for your special day. They supported us for plugged in songs that we wanted specifically for our ceremony and first dances. I cannot stress enough that they are able to do whatever you need them to do...
