Bought two dry aged steaks for a birthday treat, and what an amazing cut they were!!! Meats here are more expensive than your supermarket, but what you’re getting from Mercep Bros is worth the price. The folks working are friendly and willing to help and answer your questions. We used to get a lot of thin beef short ribs from them too but haven’t in a while just for the sole purpose of we haven’t been eating them.
