I was Kaitlyn’s customer at the Prism Salon for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I chose it based on google reviews because I needed a place that was open on a Monday. I was nervous going to a new place out of the blue but I’m so glad I did. Every person I met from when I walked in the door to when I left was extremely friendly and considerate. The salon was really beautiful and clean inside and they offered you coffee tea or water while you were getting your haircut.

Kaitlyn was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. She spent the first few minutes speaking to me about what I would like and looked at photos of haircuts that I brought with me. She was happy to offer her opinion when I asked about whether I should get layers or a straight cut. The hair wash comes with a complimentary scalp massage.

The staff were extremely nice and complimented me on my haircut when it was done. Kaitlyn offered for me to come back in two weeks to trim my bangs, and was happy to talk to me about various hair products that she recommended. They offer gift sets at the salon and various individual hair products.

Went here for the good reviews & short drive. Was not disappointed. The moment I walked through the door, I was offered a beverage, & snack. During my service, Gab was so kind, professional, & very knowledgeable of her craft. She was patient with my slight indecision on whether I was going to do an updo or just have curls & pinned back. She did an amazing job on my updo & was very detailed. Gab suggested coming back for a haircut to help with the weight of all my hair, so a few days later I scheduled a haircut with her & once again she did an amazing job, usually I'm indifferent about haircuts, but I really love it & keep looking at how good it looks. Oh & also, at the hair wash station they put a warm towel on your neck & it's the best thing ever, especially paired with the scalp massage. Jessie always goes above and beyond when she does my hair. Each visit gets better and better, this one being no different. She is a perfectionist, artist, and true talent. Always a wonderful conversation and exquisite results. In addition to her incredible talent with cutting, coloring, and wonderful conversations, she consistently checks on your comfort and if there’s anything she can do to make the experience better.
