Wingstop — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I would give no stars but u have to in order to write a review. I ordered $100 worth of food, took it home to find food missing along with food I got being cold. Called store to speak to manager and she hung up on me. Went to store, manager was extremely rude nasty and unprofessional. Noone was wearing gloves. Manager threatened to call police on me because I asked her to write her name down since I just had surgery today and couldn't do it myself. She took bags of food, threw in trash and walked away mumbling to give me a refund. Also threatened me I was being recorded as if I cared, I was glad!! Management will see her unprofessionalism. This place is a joke, horrible way of doing business. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! I immediately contacted corporate and expect that this will be handled...

I’m very disappointed that the owner continues to employ staff who repeatedly make mistakes. It’s one thing to make an error once, but making multiple mistakes—especially when paying extra—is unacceptable. I urge the owner to hire employees who can accurately process and articulate online orders. I’m furious that I spent $41 on a non-combo meal and didn’t receive my entire order. This is extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The picture shows what I actually received. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Hector, who informed me that my order was still at the restaurant and that the delivery driver had given the wrong order. Great food and pricing. Ordered online and picked up at the Hauppage location. First time, they forgot my fries. The second time, they forgot the dipping sauce. The third time, I waited patiently behind two people. Only for the employee to skip over me and ask to help the lady 2 people behind me, then she asked the gentleman right behind me. Then she rolled her eyes when I starred at her like she was an idiot. I guess this is what happens when a bunch of kids run the place. Smh. Maybe I'll let my 12yo daughter walk in...
