Terrible. I just asked for an arrangement to be delivered for my mom's surgery along with a "Get Well Soon" balloon to be delivered today. They were delivered on time but they forgot the balloon which I paid for. On the phone when ordering the girl said, don't worry we'll make the arrangement beautiful and I specifically said I wanted NO roses, just beautiful colorful bright vibrant unique flowers, like snap dragons, lilacs, peonies or something similar, just beautiful flowers. She reassured me that it would be a beautiful bouquet several times because I was concerned since she was rushing me on the phone and I wanted to be extra clear about the exact flowers I wanted. My mom just sent me a photo and there was 1 yellow rose, a few pink fucsia flowers and an orange rose and then a ton of green filler leaves, etc. I called them afterwards to see why the balloon wasn't delivered and the girl LAUGHED. She said I can have someone send it out now and then a few seconds later she said....oh actually no I can't have just the balloon sent out to her but I can credit you the $5.95 for the balloon. Sorry but this isn't funny to me. Paying for a floral arrangement & balloon to be delivered on the day of my Mom's surgery when I couldn't be there to hand deliver it myself is very important that you get it right, especially if I'm paying you for it. I will definitely NOT be using Topiaire in the future. I do not recommend...

Erin and the girls at Topiaire put together the most perfect flower arrangements for my wedding. I told them my vision and the entire year they worked closely with me to check in and make sure everything was going well. I told them I wanted a rustic and beachy vibe and Erin gave me the wonderful idea to use beautiful wooden boxes for the flowers for our tables. She also helped me with table name signs, decorating our cake to be absolutely stunning, the flowers for our church ceremony, as well as the flowers around our seating chart. My bouquet was beautiful and my bridesmaids had such beautiful bouquets as well. The flowers looked gorgeous in each and every picture. There were many times when I had forgotten about certain things and Erin was awesome about reminding me of what I may want/need. She was extremely conscious of my budget and worked really well with me to keep the costs at budget but also to produce a stunning product. When I got to my venue, I was so delighted to see such perfect flower arrangements. I am so happy we used Topiaire. It was a blast working with them and so nice to never once be worried about my flowers. They reassured me the whole way and were patient, kind, and professional. I am so thankful...

Topiare could not have been more amazing if they tried. We recently used them for my bridal shower and we are still raving about their flowers to this date! From the planning stage all the way through to the execution stage, Ryan and his team created what was undoubtably the most amazing arrangements we have ever seen by far. He took a vision board and made it come to life - but even better than what we could have dreamed of! Jaw dropping when you walked into the room was what every guest said and doesn’t even cover how magical the arrangements were in real life. Ryan and his team not only had the utmost patience but were a pleasure to work with in crafting ideas together and truly working as a team with their great suggestions, transparency and communication. He surprised me with so many little details the day of and truly made our wildest dreams come true. We trusted him with our vision and would do so 100 times over as he truly took everyone’s breath away with how insanely good his designs and arrangements came to be. Thank you again...
