When we moved into our home 10 years ago we painted and a friend recommended Michelle -owner of JM Window Treatments. Well 10 years later new paint and of course window treatments had to be updated! Without hesitation I contacted Michelle again, went to visit her lovely showroom in Southold. Sat with her and explained my vision, Together we came up with beautiful ideas, the choses of fabric were endless and she even had my paint swatches on hand. Michelle made the experience great. She was even able to assist me with windows in my bedroom that had a very tight space. Ryan is JM Window’s measures and install, so nice, courteous did a fabulous job. Thank you Michelle and Ryan for another wonderful job.

We had custom shades made for our bedroom that turned out perfect - it can be so overwhelming with fabric choices, but she helped me narrow it down to the perfect fabric. It was a seemless process. It was truly a great experience. After making all of the choices and the order had come in - she sent Ryan over to install them and he was extremely respectful to my home and a pleasure. Can’t recommend this company enough!

I had to furnish a whole house worth of window and door shades. It's an expensive thing to do, especially with the intrinsic requirements of this particular property.

Michelle, the owner, provided guidance and intelligence to the choice-making and scheduling of installation.

Ryan, the installer, is a hustling respectful guy with an aptitude for his job. There wasn't a screw hole or ding in the wall done inadvertently. He also provided appropriate site protection and immaculate clean-up. It was a perfect installation of what I purchased. I'm sure he doesn't want to work weekends, but he did.
