I am sorry and disappointed. I ordered on line thinking I was ordering UNO’s pizza from the UNO chane that I have ordered many times in Chicago, Illinois. I paid on line for a pizza. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they did not have the pie. I told them I paid for it with an American Express card and even showed them the web sight and my credit card charge. They said even though they use a trade mark name they were not affiliated with the restaurants in Chicago. I could get a pizza if I paid again. I believe this business uses deception to Bilk tourist out of there money. To get my money back I had to call the American Express fraud department to investigate my clam.
