From the very beginning, their team was professional, organized, and so easy to work with. They took the time to understand our vision, customized the menu to fit our style, and delivered an experience that our guests are still raving about.

The food was nothing short of phenomenal—every single dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Multiple guests came up to us throughout the night (and even after the wedding!) to say it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. That’s a huge compliment and speaks volumes about the quality and passion that The Catered Fork puts into their work.

I also need to give a very special shoutout to Danielle Danowski. While she was coordinating the catering, she truly stepped in as so much more. She acted as our day-of coordinator but also guided and supported us throughout the entire planning process for the past year. She was in constant communication with me, always available to answer questions, calm my nerves, and keep everything on track. On the wedding day itself, she handled every detail seamlessly, making sure the entire event ran flawlessly so we could simply enjoy the moment.

Danielle knew exactly what I wanted and made it her mission to bring that vision to life. When unexpected challenges popped up along the way, she handled them with professionalism, creativity, and grace—making sure I never had to worry about a thing. The end result was beyond what I imagined, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without her dedication.

Beyond the food, their staff was attentive, professional, and warm, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Between the outstanding cuisine from Steve’s team and Danielle’s incredible dedication, The Catered Fork didn’t just cater our wedding—they helped make it unforgettable.

Truly at a loss of words, but will absolutely try to find some to sing the praises of Steve and the entire Catered Fork team... WOW! Our wedding was just about 3 weeks ago at The Meadowlark North Fork, but our relationship with Steve/The Catered Fork started about a year ago when we locked down our venue and date. For the past year, every time we worked with Steve and The Catered Fork we left feeling so confident in their ability and felt an immense amount of trust. It was the most incredible working relationship we've ever experienced. Steve's knowledge, experience, kindness and vision always grounded us with every conversation and made us SO excited leading up to our big day.

Steve was always calm, cool and collected. He was so funny and made our planning so fun and exciting. He was extremely easy to work with and so flexible with any request we had. We absolutely loved working with him and his team!

Although I was no "bridezilla", I had high expectations for our food and beverage assortment and service as my dad is a cook and what was delivered exceeded EVERY EXPECTATION. Steve graciously hosted us for 2 tastings to finalize and finetune our choices. He explained to us where everything was sourced from and how we were going to highlight the beauty of the local goods. He made thoughtful suggestions and came up with fun ideas that we ultimately selected and loved!!

There was NO shortage of deliciousness and drinks at our wedding and our guests have been raving about the service... I mean have you ever raved about wedding service before!? Every single bartender, server and staff member was SO personable, kind, funny and accommodating. We cannot thank the ENTIRE Catered Fork team enough!

Catered Fork catered my son's wedding this past weekend at Pellegrini Vineyards. Everything was perfect! The food was plentiful and excellent! From the grazing table, duck tacos, passed hors- dourves, pastrami and grilled cheese stations to the short ribs, striped bass and sides, the food was phenomenal. All of our guests made sure to tell us how great the food was. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room was set up beautifully.
