Wow!!!! How refreshing to deal with someone who understands the importance of customer service. In dealing with Rob, as a business client, he was able to help in the selection process of which phones would better help our companies needs. Me not being so tech savvy, Rob took the time to explain the pros and cons of the choices I needed to make, in the process he even saved our company off the top $2,000.00 by placing us in the correct plan, and making sure that we qualified for every incentive that was available at the time. We were able to add two additional lines for approximately the same price as the other plan. Probably the best part, was as a busy, business owner, Rob came to our facilities to ensure everything was taken care of, and answered all of our questions. Read moreThis is a long one, but worth it. I went in to switch my number from straight talk to Verizon. Carrie Cocuzzi helped me and was super knowledgeable, and just as concerned with the issues that occurred as I was. We fought with straight talk for over an hour and she remained super cool and polite towards me as we were dealing with straight talk’s B.S. The next day I came in and Jazz Green was working, again she/they were very knowledgeable, very sweet and polite, she/they helped me transfer everything over and suggested what she felt was the best case and screen protector for the price, she even put it on the phone for me. Everyone in that store seems to be very patient and kind. No one is out to just get your money in that store, they’re very empathetic and patient with their customers....
Read moreI work in retail myself, so leaving two stars is definitely something I rarely do. I've went to this location twice, on different occasions from a recommendation from a friend. Both times, I was disappointed.
The first time was near close, it's evident that he didn't want to be bothered. The second time just as he opened. No phones were out yet. I would assume that is something that should be done before the doors are unlocked. I was not given the opportunity to see any phones and instead went to another retailer and purchased the best phone they have on the market.
