Always seem to have to wait a long time when I go here. Last time I was there, I waited for 15/20 minutes and two customers somehow got in front of me. Even though I was there first and I had already spoken to the guy at the counter. Instead of helping me he continued to help people who walked in after me. Very annoying. Definitely better than a lot of auto parts stores. They don't treat you like a moron because you didn't call a part by its "proper name" on the screen in front of them. They'll give you good advice for parts that are better quality and what their experience with products you're considering for purchase. Friendly and helpful.
