Went in as my phone wasn’t charging , the technician was super friendly and then immediately helped me , the phone simply just needed a decent cleaning. i very much enjoyed he was straightforward and when i asked about headphones he came up with several options right in my given price range. it was such a great experience that i bought a few other items but the owner (i believe ) wanted to make sure the charging stand was compatible with my new case and upon discovery we realized it wasn’t so he saved me money just by going the extra mile , plus they didn’t even charge me for the cleaning which yes didn’t take long but it was still a service at the end of the day. Hi. I went in with my husband to see if they could help with our nightmare trying to get information off a dead old iPhone onto one just purchased. I was afraid they’d say they couldn’t help. Instead the owner bent over backwards to figure out multiple issues and brought in another staff too. This was Friday and they stayed after 6 to figure it out AND said check in with any problems. I had a great experience dealing with the team here, Kyle was knowledgeable about the repair and the turn around from getting my screen ordered to fix is only a day! Another good thing to mention is their customer service, some places only want to make money, here, they will give you options, about which route you would take from $-$$$ which is a big plus. Albe the owner, was pleasant to deal with too! I will definitely keep this place in mind if I have any devices that need repairs in the future!
