This Lady is Very Rude .!!! I am giving her no stars She has false advertisements she says she has inexpensive mattresses but the ones that are for the right price are literally cots .!!! I’m better off at Ashley’s furniture or Raymour and Flanigan she charges way to much just for the box spring and mattress alone No Frame !! Very impatient I had sent my daughter in last week because I am disabled and she lied to me over a Facebook message telling me that the Mattress was the right price so I made my daughter go there and as fast as my daughter walked in she ended up walking out with nothing the lady was very rude to her very impatient and rushed her out of the store she had a very nasty attitude my daughter was very upset and I ended up going to Ashley furniture got a way better deal with mattress box spring and frame for a great price she tried charging me the same as Ashley furniture and it was just a boxspring and a bed and I got a full bed set boxspring frame and mattress from them for the price she was trying to give me for just a mattress and a box spring. She has Full size mattresses for 200 queen size for 475 and king for 975 when she has it listed on Facebook for queens 150 fulls 140 and kings 250 should’ve known that was a lie but gave it a benefit of a doubt I am disabled and cannot sleep on a cot nor do I have the funds to buy something that’s not worth my money thank you so much for wasting my time hope this review was a good one every time a customer walked in she would ask them to write a review before even buying the mattress so I hope this was a good one god bless...

I have been desperately needing a new bed for so long now. My bedframe has officially broken, so i had been scrolling through Facebook Marketplace for weeks looking for a used bedframe. That's how I came across Rachel with Lully Mattress LLC. She was so nice, and very knowledgeable about all of her inventory. You go in, tell her what your looking for in a mattress, and she will show you some choices that fit what your looking for. She doesn't rush the process, she actually encourages you to take your time & try them all if you want! It's refreshing to deal with a salesperson that isn't just trying to rush their sale. Rather concentrating on making sure your experience is easy, and you end up confident and happy with what you go home with! It's nice to have not only discounted, brand new mattresses to chose from. But she has financing options as well, that make it very easy to quickly get a mattress if needed. She was also very transparent about the financing, and was super helpful with tips on how to pay the least amount in the end. As we all know, financing something can easily become double or triple the amount of the original purchase. So it's nice to see someone that actually cares about her customers money! Overall, I was very happy with my experience and my purchase with Rachel. It was really impressive to see how well she runs this business alone.
