The food here is fine, but the customer service is SO BAD. I have had two very unfortunate experiences here a few years apart and unfortunately I would no longer recommend this place to anyone.

The first time I was doing the all you can eat sushi with a friend and they cut us off and refused to let us order anything but one dessert after a few rounds. They kept saying “you can’t order that”. When we asked if they were out of it the just repeated “you can’t order that”. We were basically told we could get dessert and the check. I haven’t been back there since until today…

It’s been a few years and I went today with my boyfriend because we were passing through Kingston and wanted an all you can eat place. It’s the only place that showed up on google.

When we sat down and were handed the menus I told our waitress we wanted to do “all you can eat sushi” and she said ok we should order off the menus she had just given us. So we did. She kept coming back and asking if we wanted to order more food or drinks. At the end we got the bill and it was not all you can eat, everything was just normal price (itemized receipt) and when we asked to fix it they said “We don’t do all you can eat anymore”. They did not do anything to fix our bill - it was extremely expensive compared to what we were expecting and I’m highly disappointed in this establishment.

Online is says all you can eat, there is a recent review for all you can eat specifically and I said several times while we were there we wanted that option.

I have worked in restaurants and I know occasionally there are mistakes, but this was definitely just poor service. I wanted to give them another chance because sometimes you have a misunderstanding, but I believe this place knows exactly what they are doing and just wants to get you to spend a lot of money. Needless to say we are very angry about this experience and I feel like they ripped us...

I’ve been coming to this sushi spot for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of those places that just feels like a little hidden gem. The sushi is always fresh, like melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and the rolls are packed with flavor. I’ve tried a lot of spots, but something about this place keeps me coming back. But what really makes it stand out is the service. There’s this one waitress..she’s seriously the sweetest. Always smiling, super attentive without hovering, and somehow remembers my order almost every time. Little things like that just make the whole experience better, you know? She checks in just enough, makes sure everything’s perfect, and you can tell she actually cares, not just doing the job. It’s rare these days to find a spot that nails both the food and the vibe, but this place does it effortlessly. If you’re craving good sushi and genuinely good service, this is where...

Been coming here for years. It was sad when the all you could eat left, but then they brought in a lot of good new things. Still was eating there multiple times a week, and still would be but now… the price creep is happening very aggressively. Taro milk tea used to be 3.50 its now 5.25 The spicy combo B went from 16.95 to 19.50, Halloween roll went from 14 to 16.95. To name a few. This has been happening over the course of maybe 6 months. It was at a price point for what they serve before, and now I cant justify going to my favorite place anymore. I dont see this creep slowing down either, so be wary of menu prices on the flyers they give out or online, they arent up to date and wont be for a while until they finally settle on a price. The food is good, but youll have to find sushi at that price of quality...

So we went with a group of six on a Wednesday night. The restaurant had a few tables with patrons. Service started out good ordered food and drinks. I noticed a pickup patron standing waiting after a 15 minutes was surprised same person didn’t look happy. So our soup comes out in about 20 minutes. From where we were sitting it was obvious that this is a popular place for take out. So after about 45 minutes some food comes out the sushi that was ordered. Of course my wife’s sesame chicken and I had a sushi roll with cucumber wrap didn’t come out and we asked what about the other entrees and the waitress said they were working on it and still peeling the cucumber. So the food was good just not the good to wait forever. I can understand busy but ignoring your customers is not cool with me. First and last visit for me.

We were starving from our trip, Vermont to NC so, we had to make a stop and eat. Of all the restaurants we checked via Google maps, Miso got our interest. It was a great choice because their food are all healthy and palatable. Our 8 year old son loved his Chicken Katsu. Our two year old girl enjoyed her Chicken Ramen Noodle soup. Our thirteen year old got very much occupied with his Chicken Teriyaki. My husband chowed down his Shrimp Broccoli and for me, I was very much satisfied with my Chicken Broccoli. Here's the kicker, we ordered Pan Fried Gyosa (fried pork & chicken dumplings) and sweet potato rolls... They we're exceedingly scrumptious that I forgot to take a picture of them. Lol! I realized it by the time they were gone. Oh, how we missed those appetizers.
