The representative was able to help me make my purchases on the Bogo deal however, the next day I went online to make a purchase for my niece's birthday and there was a clearance that I selected and then I got a email stating that the item was out of stock, which I then went back on the website and it did indicate that it was back in stock just at a different rate . I spoke with a representative David I have screenshots and he never returned any of my emails. I called the representative to see if there was any accommodations and she stating that the inventory is not in, but I'm explaining to her it is because I have proof of another screenshot that they canceled my order, but the item was for sure still available just at a different discounted rate the representative that I was speaking with also mentioned that there was an error on their website . I'm not sure how this is the customer's fault, but there was no medium or accommodations to be made. I had a really good experience getting my second and third lobe piercings. I made sure to spray twice a day and kept them really clean. I didn't sleep on them and if I was side sleeping I used a pseudo piercing pillow. Still, I had really painful ears. Turns out, the third piercing in my left ear fell through the hole and kind of embedded itself into my earlobe. I believe that a larger stud could have prevented this but I didn't really even know it was a possibility when I was picking earrings out. I also had to take the rest of the new piercings out because they were super painful and infected. The third piercing on my right ear was starting to sink as well.
