Torrid — Local services in Town of Union

I have never stepped foot into a Torrid until tonight and I am so glad I did. The two women that assisted me tonight ( I remeber JoJo being one of them however my memory has failed me on the other name and I sincerely apologise for that because they were both AMAZING!) were so kind, patient, and welcoming. I felt more like a friend there than I did a customer. The two women helped me find good deals, get into a fitting room, and feel confident for once. I usually end up in tears when I go clothes shopping because it's always so stressful, however this was an amazing experience and I will be continuing my shopping here...

Not really the best customer service. I went to return a bra and they didnt even ask what I wanted to do or anythong till they asked if I wanted cash or a gift card. I wanted to exchange it for a diffrent size. So they sent me to look and it was the first time I had been in the store and I voiced that , they offered no help at all and when I couldn't find the size I was looking for they didn't offer to look it up online. Which I'm sure would have been an option as it is in any other store. I'm not to awfully sure I will be back to...

I have been to several Torrids so far and this store has by far provided me with the most enjoyable experience. They are very helpful about finding you things in the back or online if they don't have your size or style on the shelf. They are also very transparent about how to get the best price and how an item looks on you. While the prices are quite high you can get great deals clearance shopping and as a plus size woman it is one of the best places to shop and feel comfortable...
