I absolutely love Dr Rupp, she’s thorough and lovely with listening to patients, but it’s the other staff that caused the 2/5 mark, need some better manners addressing new/returning patients. Horrible manners on the phone, when there was an issue with lab orders that needed correction, the drawing lab was hung up on when they called for correction. Ultimately left feeling very frustrated after the confirmation of pregnancy, very high risk, Told there would “probably” be a referral to mfm during initial confirmation appointment, but only after they did a viability scan, that never happened. Now I’m told to be seen elsewhere due to preexisting conditions and I’m still waiting for that referral, don’t even know if my pregnancy is viable @8+wks. Never received any updates on my labs after the 2nd series draw of 3, only received a rude email to the portal after I inquired about the results, telling me they can’t answer anymore of my questions and to call the perinatal center for any concerns, to which they still haven’t sent the referral over, so I’m unable to ask questions about anything, basically have no Ob/gyn at the present moment with a HRP. The stress and heavy anxiety of all this is absolutely unacceptable. While Dr. Rupp is absolutely fantastic, I’m disturbed with the way I was treated by...
Read moreI had an easy time getting in and the new patient enrollment process was super easy. The staff is all very kind and helpful, though I've had inconsistent experiences over the phone. When I had a concern, they got me in for an appointment within 48 business hours, which I was really impressed by. Dr Rupp was weirdly patronizing and made me feel like I was taking too long to make a decision about whether I wanted a surprise invasive procedure, and I had to explain to her why I wanted pain control for it. When I came back for the procedure, she explained the consent in a confusing way and talked me out of using any numbing medication beforehand; as far as I can tell, it was because she didn't want to wait the 10-15 min for it to kick in because she was behind, which the office staff kept reminding her of. She approved the decision to book an appointment they clearly did not have time for, despite me offering to come back another time. When I came back for a follow-up, Dr Rupp made me feel like I was overreacting because I experienced something that wasn't covered in the very confusing consent discussion. My primary care doctor recommended this office and I'm pretty disappointed. I don't think I'll come back. Also wouldn't recommend for members of the LGBTQ community, really weird...
Read moreHIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr Rupp is AMAZING to say the least . She was there every step of the way for my pregnancy all the way up to delivering . I thought she wasn’t going to make it because I delivered at night time but she came right on time ! Very caring , understanding and compassionate. Makes you feel very comfortable especially when you are feeling vulnerable. Anything I needed I just emailed her via her patient portal and she was able to accommodate rather then having to do an office visit. I love her office staff as well , very knowledgeable group of women who really do make you feel comfortable as well .AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are pregnant or even just looking for a OBGYN for other reasons. She...
