Audio Classics is a first class organization. Great products and selection with excellent prices and amazing service. I live on Long Island, an hour outside of New York City where there is a wide variety of audio stores to go to. It is well worth the four hour trip for me to go to Vestal NY to deal with audio classics and their staff. They helped me make great decisions and get the system I dreamed of my entire life. I dealt exclusively with Ryan Fitzpatrick on recommendation from my brother. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with one of my amps. I emailed him at 11:30pm. By 7 AM the following morning he responded and got me up and running once again. To further show how committed they are to quality customer service, Ryan was away on vacation with his family when he responded.
