Bao Bao Hibachi Sushi — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

The sushi itself was great, so I'll leave 3 stars for that because that's what's important. I was surprised by how off-putting my trip today was, because it had been a good place to eat before. The customer service left a lot to be desired in a way that wasn't just because of a language barrier. The singular table in the lobby was just gross, and I got there not long after opening. When given my orders, the lady at the window assured me that "everything is in there", but there were no napkins to be found...no napkins to be found anywhere. No drinks available from what I could tell. Bathroom closed. There wasn't even a garbage can to throw our trash out when we were done! I can excuse some things being missing, but today it seemed like anything I needed wasn't there and I didn't feel comfortable bothering the lady at the window with anything else. Long...

Excellent sushi and hibachi, always super fast and cordial service, been a hidden gem for many years now that has only improved since its conception, as a member of this community for longer than I'd like to admit, it makes me happy to see a restaurant like this thriving, I could never go here enough, great variety of options and everything is always on point, never had anything but a delicious bite from here, amen, may your success continue for many years, I will dine here as long as I live here and this will be one of the first places I go when I leave...

The food tasted delicious. I have a lot to say about the atmosphere. The dining room area looks like it was supposed to be a storage. The ladies room was out of order but it was actually a storage area. There was things lined up in the windows of the dining area including all the dead flies. From outside the rest of the windows seem to be a storage area of montage of all sorts of stuff. If they cleaned up the place and actually made an effort of keeping the place clean the food alone...
