This is my husband's phone he's currently in the ICU on a ventilator trying to survive covid-19. Every night I leave the hospital I come to Panera to decompress, after sitting with him for four hours or exercising his limbs so that his muscles don't atrophy or in some cases having to leave the room because he's not doing so well. Natalie always greets me with a smile in her eyes, behind the mask I still see the Smile In Her Eyes. The the food is always fresh and hot. I never have to wait too long for my food you let me set up with my iPad my bookbag my phone my notebooks so that I can update my family and his family on his condition. They make sure I have everything I need and even if I stay after 9 and they locked up and they've closed they all work together as a team they're like family there they treat me like family and the manager at night I believe his name is Nick but I could get it wrong is phenomenal! I have even had a catered meals sent to the nurses one particular week when Jim had a rough week he's been in the ICU since February 28th and Panera cater to meal for the nurses and the staff they went above and beyond and they really did appreciate it at the hospital because they really are heroes. Panera's always clean they still maintaining social distancing food is great prepared hot right in front of you or if you want something cold obviously the restaurants kept clean is plenty of places to sit and they have outdoor seating now and their summer hours have started they'll be open until 10 p.m. you can go outside or sit inside. If you go in the evening and you see a young lady named Natalie just tell her she's doing a wonderful job she's fabulous her fiance is in the military and she wears a cross around her neck with her fiance's ring around her neck just like I wear my husband's wedding ring because he is in the hospital. She's prayed with me she's hugged me ( I am vaccinated) when I've been down she's even brought me a brownie when I was crying one night having to update the family on a particularly bad day didn't even charge me for it just to make me feel better. If that doesn't give you a reason to go to Panera to be treated like family but I don't know any other better reason. You know they have great food they're a bunch of great people to!! If I could arrange for all of them to have a raise I would I don't want it I don't want to buy him a brownie cuz they make brownies all...

I recently had the pleasure of trying Panera Bread's oatmeal and bagel breakfast, and I must say it was a delightful morning treat. Here's my review of these two menu items:
Oatmeal: Panera Bread's oatmeal exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Served piping hot, the oatmeal had a creamy and comforting texture that was just right. It was not overly thick or watery, striking the perfect balance. The oats were cooked to perfection, maintaining a slight chewiness without being mushy.
What I particularly appreciated about Panera's oatmeal was the customizable toppings. They offered an array of choices such as fresh fruit, nuts, and granola, allowing me to personalize my bowl according to my preferences. I opted for a combination of sliced bananas, dried cranberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, which elevated the flavors and added a delightful sweetness. The portion size was generous, leaving me feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead.
Bagel: Panera Bread is renowned for its bagels, and the one I tried for breakfast was a testament to their reputation. The bagel had a perfectly crisp and golden exterior, giving way to a soft and chewy interior. The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, with a hint of sweetness that complemented the savory nature of the bagel.
Panera offers a variety of bagel flavors, and I opted for the classic plain option. It was a versatile choice, allowing me to pair it with a variety of spreads, from cream cheese to avocado. The bagel was substantial and filling, making it a great choice for a satisfying breakfast.
Overall, Panera Bread's oatmeal and bagel breakfast is a winning combination. The oatmeal was deliciously creamy and customizable, while the bagel provided a satisfying and authentic experience. Whether you're looking for a warm and comforting breakfast or a quick and convenient meal on the go, Panera Bread delivers quality and flavor. I highly recommend giving their oatmeal and bagel...
Read moreThe Cobb Salad looked great in the photo on the website, so I decided to order it. Below is a comparison photo of what I ordered and what I got. They don’t even resemble each other. The last 6 times I ordered here, they didn’t get my order correct. It’s astonishing really. It’s not that hard to get a simple order correctly. They really don’t care. Forget to include one thing, forget to include the other, it’s literally something every time. I did call the store to speak with a manager, no return call. I then wrote to Panera website. While at first they seemed interested, they ended up sending a cut and past email to me that didn’t have anything to do with my particular problem. I surrender, six tries is enough. I’m done. I’m looking at these two photos (comparison of what I ordered and what I got) and the difference is shocking. No mention of this in their email to me. I own my own businesses. When a customer tells me they had a bad experience, I am grateful they took the time to let me know. If I don’t know something is wrong, I can’t fix it. So I appreciate it when they do. I let other businesses know when something is wrong. I never want anything free, and turn down any offers for that. My intentions of a complaint are not then confused with someone looking for something for free. I’m not
Update.. it’s ten months later. I have chosen to continue to eat there.. usually take out and eat at home. Fifteen times in these ten months since I write the review, and not a single order has been correct. It’s astonishing really. Today, they left one sandwich out of our package. We are driving the five miles there and five miles back… not and “I’m sorry”… not a “Apologies for the inconvenience”.. not a refund for the sandwich (which I don’t ask for).. not a nothin.. they simply do not care.. they gave...
