I took a decanter into Papa Reggio's to have it engraved for my daughter's wedding. The wording and price (very reasonable ) was agreed upon. Unfortunately her name ( an unusual spelling) was mispelled. Joe was extremely apologetic and not only did her pay for a replacement decanter ( reasonable ) but he did the Engraving of the decanter at no cost. Also, because he could not include the wedding couples initial on the bottle due to the shape, he gave us a free engraved silver neck label with their name on it! A more than fair transaction, I had been prepared to still pay Engraving costs as I was still receiving his service. I was totaling pleased with the beautiful quality of both work and service and I have and will continue Papa Reggio's for a quality...
