Blaze smoke shop — Local services in Town of West Seneca

I'm a truck driver and have limited options to get my vape stuffs. I called to see if they worked with any delivery app/service because it's too far for me to walk and I can't park my truck there, not even bobtail, their lot is a bit smaller. And apps like GrubHub or Instacart or whatever will deliver alcohol but cigarettes or vape stuff is simply not an option. In the process of trying to explain this, the female employee that's working there, just now, hung up on me. That's my complaint, the rudeness of just hanging up with a potential customer because you don't want to listen to what they have to say instead of offering any kind...

Ran here in a pinch because there open till midnight. I’ll never step foot in this store again. Employee was extremely rude, they had nothing in stock and what they did have was Chinese garbage. Needed a 14mm female banger. They had one but the employee refused to give me it because she believed it wasn’t 14mm. Even if I was the one who was wrong you don’t disagree with the customer you let me buy the product and be upset when I get home if I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 seconds down the road to any other of the 1000 smoke...

i went here last month for my favorite brand of cbd edibles and they had two flavors to choose from, came in today to get more cbd edibles (any brand doesn't matter) and the guy said they don't sell them, and pretty much wanted nothing to do me. he told me to go to any other smoke shop for that, even though the store windows advertise CBD. bad way to run a business if you don't want people buying your stuff but...
