I come here quite often when I take my daughter to her appointment down the road. I don’t tend me to make reviews over someone not acknowledging the customer but I just pulled out of the drive through after dealing with an employee who didn’t say a word to me, not the total, not hello, didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer after saying thank you when he gave my card back, when he handed me my coffee and after he handed me our muffin. This man said absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. When I said thank you before pulling away he gave me a dirty look almost as if he was rolling his eyes and was obviously annoyed. I ordered a large coffee and a muffin. At the speaker I had tried to get a smoothie not realizing they didn’t have them at this location, and then I tried ordering a fruit explosion muffin and was told they only had blueberry and chocolate chip and my daughter said blueberry and then switched it to chocolate chip which I’m assuming is what annoyed this man to have terrible customer service like that in the first place because my 6 year old took 2 seconds to make up her mind. Read moreWent there a little after 5 yesterday, sign said there closed at 6, the door was open all the lights where off I thought maybe the power went out or something, 2 guy workers I placed my order for a coffee and all they kept saying was how bad they can't wait to leave and how they hate there job, very negative, then I'm given my ice coffee and after drinking about half I noticed chunks in it, maybe coffee grind I don't know but was big enough where I could feel it in my mouth and had to rinse my mouth out.
