Very poor service today. Got to the window and they started to give me the wrong order. Totally okay since it was busy and both line of the drive-thru were open. I totally the worker ot was wrong and she asked what I had so she could get the correct items. Then another worker rudely came up behind her and yelled here's your coffee and bagel like it was my fault. I told her she had a poor attitude and she continued to argue with me for no reason. They charged my card before the order came out so I was charged for the wrong order and told the wrong price at the speaker. I questioned if I was overcharged and she again rudely screamed and told me I was wrong. I again told her her attitude was poor and she rudely said thank you. I teach customer service for a living, this woman has got to go. Occurred 11/17 at 8:30 if management or corporate happens to read this. I will be calling corporate as I had another recent experience where they forgot an ingredient in my coffee. I had already drank from and the assistant manager took it back behind the counter, added Carmel and stirred it with the community spoon, during covid no less. Read moreI am disgusted by the type of service we received yesterday at around 12:30. One of the workers went to hand my sister an ice cap that was wrong. When we told her it was suppose to have whip cream on it she stepped away but loudly called my sister a f*** b while other employees joined in and even approached the window to yell further inappropriate things at us. We didn’t even trust drinking or eating what we ordered, if you’re going to talk to someone like that you most likely are going to in some way tamper with the products given. I have been in customer service myself for 16 years and have dealt with all types of people, but never would I ever speak to anyone in such a rude and distasteful manor. It’s truly disgusting to treat anyone like that let alone a customer. This has been my go to Tim Hortons, I stop here AT LEAST once a day and sometimes more. I will not be returning to this location again. Naya (sp?) approached the window and handled us with great care and apologized. And although she tried to refund us, my sister was accidentally charger twice. My work also often does coffee runs at this location, we will be giving our business elsewhere...
Read moreIncredibly rude. Whoever was working today at 3pm. I ordered 3 iced capps and she rudely told me Nutella was discontinued. I asked if they still had hazelnut and she said “ugh yes?” As if I was bothering her by asking. And then when it came time to pay she took my card without telling me the total or offering a receipt. I checked my card statement after and she charged me full price for items that I did not receive. She gave me 3 plain iced capps even though I was charged (and asked for) 3 of the fancy ones. Hazelnut with whipped topping, the new caramel crunch and also a butter pecan. All were regular. I asked her when she shoved them out the window at me “which one is which?” She said “marked on the side” and slammed the window before I even had a hold on the tray of beverages. Of course, when I got to where I was going, none of them were marked on the side and they were all the same. Incredibly rude.
