I made an appointment for 9 a.m. and arrived on time. A client was at the kiosk trying to sign in while I waited patiently for him. He tried over and over and it either didn't recognize his cards or he didn't understand the directions. A sign said something about if you are having trouble signing in, wait for an attendant. No one came to help him. He finally gave up. I went up to try my cards and was told by the kiosk that I would have to wait 40 minutes. When someone did finally appear, I told her and she said she would check my name. She returned and said "well, you were late , your appointment was at 9, but you can have a seat and wait". I did not wait. I had more things to do today. I probably won't go back. Why make an appointment? Just more time wasted. I'll just sign up for the next AMBA...

Called to be sure it was open (a couple of weeks ago I drove down for fasting bloodwork on a day it should have been open, but was not, due to staffing restrictions - I get that). Automated system said to make an appointment either online or by phone. Tried for 20 minutes online, but when I selected my preferred appointment time it did not work. I love this place! I am a difficult draw and they always have to take it out of my hand. The folks here are understanding and very kind as well as being talented at what they do. Very seldom do I get stuck more than once. Best place I’ve ever gone for blood draws!! The only time I’ve ever had to wait is when I show up at busy times. That’s my fault. Also scheduling an appointment helps alleviate some of the waiting game. You can go online to do that.
