I made an appointment for 9 a.m. and arrived on time. A client was at the kiosk trying to sign in while I waited patiently for him. He tried over and over and it either didn't recognize his cards or he didn't understand the directions. A sign said something about if you are having trouble signing in, wait for an attendant. No one came to help him. He finally gave up. I went up to try my cards and was told by the kiosk that I would have to wait 40 minutes. When someone did finally appear, I told her and she said she would check my name. She returned and said "well, you were late , your appointment was at 9, but you can have a seat and wait". Also scheduling an appointment helps alleviate some of the waiting game. You can go online to do that. I personally like to show up first thing in the morning and be the first one in the door so I donāt...
