Diesel — Local services in Town of Woodbury

Great products but terrible customer service. Sales associates talked very loudly among themselves as I was finding the right size of jeans by myself. No one offered to help me.

When another customer approached a group of 3 sales associates for help, they continued chatting among themselves and ignored her. I could tell from a distance that the customer was visibly angry. She stormed out of the store after being ignored. What makes the situation worse was that the sales associates laughed and joked about the customer storming out. No manager was around to help with the situation.

I am a fan of the Diesel brand, but this is the worst experience I had at a Diesel store. It is reasonable to expect decent service while shopping for $150+ jeans. The reader should also know that I never post reviews before this one. The situation was so bad and outrageous that I strongly believe that I should say something as a witness.

Because of this experience, I am contemplating boycotting the brand. I’m sure that I’m not the first with that thought. I won’t be the...

THIS IS NOT AN OUTLET STORE The people are great but prices are retail with an occasional sale. The store used to be an actual outlet.. 4/01/24 This place has changed it used to be an outlet it is no longer an outlet even though it's located at an outlet center. All the prices used to be retail prices and then they would be slashed and then there would be the outlet price which was around 40% off so if a gene cost $150 here at the outlet it would go for around 90 dollars. That is no longer the case everything is retail pricing. So that same gene is now $150 just like it would be at Macy's or the actual diesel store. They have sales throughout the year 20% off buy one get one certain percentage off but regular pricing at an outlet is the same regular price as if you were walking into a retail...

I’d just like to give Ally..a Big Thank You she ask me a few questions..over the phone..and she found everything I needed..I kept calling and adding and changing things..for three days..she didn’t complain..she just said she was Happy to Help me..After all that she packed it and sent it to me..I really can’t say enough Great things about her..she Saved my Christmas...Thank you so so much Ally..Merry Christmas I Hope you get everything you want..For Christmas this year..You certainly deserve it for how KIND are..Stay safe and God Bless...
