Timberland Outlet - Central Valley Ny — Local services in Town of Woodbury

Went here had over $1000 of footwear and apparel...1 of the boots were damaged and I was told by 2 employees if I get them they'll give me 10% off..another staff helped my husband grab 6 sweatshirts and sweatpants....get to the register and the cashier starts with the "oh u can only buy 4 apparel items " (not sure why that wasn't posted anywhere or why the employee helping us didn't inform us of this policy but ok,) so he tells her I'm getting 2 for my wife..her response was "so she can buy them "then she proceeds to tells me that the damaged boots are from the factory and at $150 they were already at a discounted price.. (again no signs anywhere saying those were damaged boots but ok)so I point out the 1st employee who agreed to the 10% and she radios him to tell him not to give us the discount...so I ask how much are the boots not damaged? Because I see the same pair in another aisle for the same price..I was told oh but those are for work....ok so why are they the same price as the damaged boot?? At thst point she just looked at me..I decided it was the weirdest shopping experience and decided not to purchase anything...never again will I shop here and I've been shopping here for years and never had...
