I ordered 3 iced coffees and asked for 1 without any sweetener because my aunt cannot have any sugar due to medical reason, and the other 2 iced coffees with just 1 squeeze of vanilla. When I get my order, I noticed the 2 coffee labeled with vanilla have different colors, and the one with no sugar has the same color as one of them. To verify the staff did not make mistake by putting the wrong label, I asked the lady politely which one has no sugar since they look different. At first the lady told me there is one more that has no sugar she hasn't give me and walked away from me, I told her no because I already get all the 3 coffees and I just wanted to verify they are correct. She came back after about a minute later and appeared to be frustrated. She then realized she made a mistake and forgot to put milk in the one with no sugar, but instead of giving me the explanation of her mistake, she gave me attitude by saying I did not listen to her. At that time I did not yet realized it was the milk that made them look difference, I was thinking it could be possible that they labelled 2 of my coffees wrong. This is for my aunt who cannot have sugar for medical reason, so I have to make this clear! This lady gave me attitude for her mistake and keep blaming me for not listening to her and made it sound like it was me that made the mistake. She did not even let me finish my question before walking away, and she blamed me for not listening to her? Very terrible and mean staff. I should have confront her instead of just walk away with the coffees at that time. I am okay if the staff made mistake but I am irritated by the attitude of the lady. I should have ask her to give me an apology for the mistake and talk to her manager. The other lady that took my order was nice and friendly, only this other lady that served me the coffees was mean. (Hint: please fire...
Read moreI am a world wide traveller and have never been in a Starbucks with such poor service. Ok, it was in the evening and I am sure that that location has thousands of customers a day, but they were still going to be open another hour. The two guys taking orders and serving acted like if they were drugged to a point that we thought they were making fun of us. Took our order, then said no coffee until next day because they were cleaning, then yes ,and when they called our name , we were two coffees short. When we asked for the other two, the server said they had never been ordered and to go back in line, we waited again, for the other guy to give the ok for two more coffees. The place was filthy , no napkins, stirrers or sugar available. When asked for sugar, the guy asked how many , and we said one for each coffee .He took four sugars and opened one of the coffees and poured all four in the same one and said here. ( At that point we thought we were on some type of TV show like Candid Camera) Starbucks always has young college students working, nice opportunity to help out with their studies but seriously, they...
Read moreI visited the store on August 31st around 7:55 pm, just five minutes before the posted closing time of 8 pm. To my surprise, even though the door was still open, the staff refused to serve me. This was particularly frustrating as I had made it before the official closing time.
What saddened me the most was the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by one of employees named Nick. He displayed a complete lack of courtesy and failed to uphold the standards of customer service that I have come to expect from Starbucks.
I have always been a loyal Starbucks customer due to the exceptional coffee and service provided at your establishments. However, this experience left me with a sour impression. In the future, I hope Starbucks can ensure that customers are treated with respect and that closing times are adhered to consistently.
I believe that addressing these issues will help maintain the reputation of Starbucks as a top-notch coffee shop with outstanding...
