Love Karl Lagerfeld as a brand. The customer service I received yesterday was very upsetting. I went in to do a return. Right off the bat, the sales associate cut me off and said, "these are clearance items and therefore can't be returned". And honestly, I didn't pay attention to that when I bought them. I asked if she would maybe allow a return where I would just receive store credit, as I planned on shopping here again. She went and got who I assume is the manager. Manager came over and was extremely RUDE. I wasn't arguing about their return policy, just simply asking if there was an alternative option to a return and she made me feel like I was trying to give them a hard time about it.
