Love Karl Lagerfeld as a brand. The customer service I received yesterday was very upsetting. I went in to do a return. Right off the bat, the sales associate cut me off and said, "these are clearance items and therefore can't be returned". And honestly, I didn't pay attention to that when I bought them. I asked if she would maybe allow a return where I would just receive store credit, as I planned on shopping here again. She went and got who I assume is the manager. Manager came over and was extremely RUDE. I wasn't arguing about their return policy, just simply asking if there was an alternative option to a return and she made me feel like I was trying to give them a hard time about it. The sales person should be ashamed as we were being treated like we do not speak English. RACIST!!! Please can you reeducate your sales person to not be racist and look down on the customers. I came from London, this make me feel I don’t even want to shop in this store anymore and would also tell all of my family and friends about this. We asked some questions instead of answering they pointed and nodded….. bad service, will never ever support this...

Aweful They are lazy to bring sizes and even display items are only one leg???? I asked for the display items but they don’t even have except the one leg ?

And the lady is talking like she’s high class like thaaaaaaaat while she’s not and rude🤢

No shopping bags no sizes no politeness either ! The first karl that i enter and have to leave because I am paying not taking stiff for free to face...
