I have shopped at this location for years, and my experience today was for lack of better words unfortunate. I saw this sweater that I wanted to purchase, and after looking on the rack, they did not have my size. My husband then noticed that the same exact sweater was on the mannequin. We checked the size, and it was a small (yes!) because it was my size. I asked the nearest sales associate for help, and his response was, "What do you need?" . "My reply was; can I get this sweater off of the mannequin because there are no more smalls on the rack?" He said, "no, we can't do that?" I said really?; you all are willing to leave money on the table, and he said, "Yes." He then followed up by saying that it is a hassle to take the clothing off of the mannequin, and we can't sell it anyways because it is considered damaged." I replied , "Okay, " and then asked him for his name, and he said he couldn't give out his name. I then asked to speak to the manager, named Kathy who apologized for the experience and then proceeded to see if there were more sweaters size small in the back but when she left I thought why would I spend my money in an establishment where customer service was not a priority. I asked another associate to inform Kathy that I would not be purchasing anything and she no longer had to look for my size sweater in the back. My issue is not with Tommy Hilfiger's policy but with the tone in which this sales associate used it when conversing with me and not pivoting to him seeing if more sweaters were available in the back. I will never purchase from Tommy Hilfiger again. #illspendmymoneyelsewhere...
Read moreIf you “look” like a minority and don’t want to be harass and be treated like a second class citizen you shouldn’t shop in this Tommy Hilfiger. John an associate start following my brother after another associate pointed at us because we had a baby carriage that was empty because my nephew had gone with my sister in law to the women side. After approaching John and asking him why he was following us he said it was his job to follow us. I asked to speak to a “manager” and she didn’t have an answer as to why it was ok for John to follow us around. Very unprofessional, nobody should be point at and harass by their employees this way when shopping in any store. Very sad to see this is the way Tommy Hilfiger treats potential customers in...
Read moreThese reviews are typically useless but I'll post anyway. I attempted to go into a dressing room with my young son and was initially stopped and told by the fitting room attendant "he can go in himself and Come out and show you how it fits" to which I immediately questioned the logic of her request considering I've never been told that by anyone in the past. She immediately backed off but I was already annoyed. I really don't care if it was a case of being profiled or not and I don't really care. It was just plain ignorant. I left the ONE ITEM that she thought I was going to steal and went elsewhere to...
