Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream & Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Woodbury

It is a very large kiosk that tons of different top of the line items to choose from. There is a large selection of flavors to choose from to your delight and has exclusive special flavors that you cannot find in a lot of other places such as vanilla swiss almond, irish cream brownie, pistachio and many more. The dulce de leche and cookies and cream are my favorite flavors that they have here. Customer service is excellent compared to many places I have been to, and the employees that work there always accommodate any request I have such as providing non-dairy options. They have a good amount of non-dairy options such as having non-dairy sorbets and smoothies. You can request special non-dairy milk for your shakes and non-dairy for your hot beverages such as coffees, lattes and cappuccinos. I went to buy an ice cream for the second day in a row, the first day there was a man but apparently his call on the phone was more important than me like as costumer and after finishing his call he took my order . The second day I came back with my family and now there were two people, in the corner a man using the phone and talking in a loud voice that I couldn't even hear!! meanwhile the same person served me but while he was serving me my ice cream he used his phone with the other hand while he was on a call, and when he charged me he was still using the phone in his ear!!!! I can't believe they don't care about customer service and I can't believe they serve ice cream with dirty hands or while using the phone, it's disgusting!!! I won't go back there even if it...

This is the worst Haagen-Dazs I've ever been too. They were out of so many things, the workers were very very rude, and most importantly, the worker who suggested he could recreate the dulce de leche shake made me an extremely loose shake that tasting like milk and a hint of caramel. He also gave me Gummy Bears that were like rock solid... and I had to spit them out. I wouldn't suggest going here...

Edit: The prices are also so expensive, considering that if I went to my local Ice Cream place it would've costed me no joke less than half of what...
