I recently had to attend a black-tie ball in DC, and I didn’t realize it was black-tie until the last minute. Scrambling for a solution, I found Signature Suits and Tuxes at the Jefferson Valley Mall and decided to give them a shot. Best decision ever.

From the moment I walked in, Alex, the owner, took charge like a pro. I told him my situation—that I needed a sharp tuxedo within just a few days. What I didn’t know at the time is that suit shops typically need time to custom-fit and prepare suits, but Alex didn’t let that stop him. He took a moment to think, then searched high and low through his inventory to find something perfect for me.

He mixed and matched the different parts of the tux from his entire store. He didn’t just pick out a tux—he found the best-looking, best-fitting option available and promised it would be ready in time. True to his word, I picked up the tux within a few days, rocked it at the DC ball, and felt like Temu James Bond. People at the event absolutely loved it.

Funny enough, when I first walked into the store, there was a father and son there, and the father was singing Alex’s praises, saying he only goes to Alex for suits. I get it now. Alex is a master at his craft, and he genuinely cares about his customers.

you might never realize this place compared to some of the big names out there, but I promise you this, Alex provides amazing customer service far beyond those bigger names. He is extraordinarily friendly not just to you, but your family and friends as well. back in december, Alex spent numerous hours helping me with every detail, to ensure I would look my best on my big day. but not only that, his vast variety of suits to choose from was far superior to those big name places. Out of all the places I shopped around, signature suits had exactly what I wanted and even beyond that Alex would order different suits just for me to try on, and believe me i must have requested 4 or more suits to try on.
