Update Dec 2022: after having a great experience in December 2021, I booked my daughters 3rd birthday party there again. The morning of the party, my daughter woke up with 102 fever and obviously could not attend. My husband arrived at Pizzazzles and offered to pay for the employees time, the food, and materials and asked to reschedule. He was told he could reschedule but would have to still pay full price for the party along with paying full price for a reschedule date. We did not reschedule and had a party without the guest of honor. The employees were not as engaged as the prior year and at the end of the party there was a discrepancy with the final invoice which led to an argument between my husband and the owners husband. I have recommended this establishment online in mom groups and with my friends multiple times. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed by what happened. Wedding venues are more accommodating than this place as there is absolutely zero compassion from ownership.

Updated 8/3/23 In response to your reply, my husband did offer to pay a portion of the total: food, supplies, staff however, that was rejected. A new date was offered but he was told he would still have to pay in full for both parties. Several accommodations were not offered. The party went on without my daughter present due to the fact that we still had to pay for it in full. The bottom line here is you were not accommodating whatsoever. We scheduled my daughter's 7th birthday party 2 weeks ago and the whole experience was a disaster. When booking the party they said they provided a balloon arch... Not true. 3 days before the party they called me stating that they had overbooked a party and they didnt know why they booked me at 4pm when they had a party from 2pm to.4pm. To make it up they would provide a bounce house. I agreed. The last and most unacceptable was the day of the party I received a phone call stating that the lady who makes their cookie cake was away on vacation and couldn't get in on time Therefore they couldn't give me the cake that was promised, but instead they would give me cupcakes! And this was 2 hrs before the party. My daughter didnt want cupcakes so I told them I would bring my own ice cream at this point. I called them and asked if they could hold my ice cream cake and they stated they didnt have a freezer. When we arrived i asked to please cut the cake sooner rather than later and one of the workers called the "manager" Well the manager was extremely rude and did not accommodate anything for me. Asked to cut the cake earlier- she stated they follow a schedule and cant come out of the schedule Then went on to state that if I brought an outside cake, there was an extra charge to cut the cake and to top it off they didn't have plates!!!! Really??? So how was the original cake going to be served? Why the extra charge? (She said it was stated on the contract, we'll contract that they didnt follow either) Never again will I use...

We recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Pizzazzles, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the day special, especially Trevor and the dancing staff (I forgot his name, sorry about that), who truly stood out with their warm and attentive approach. They kept the kids engaged, ensured everyone had fun, and added such positive energy to the whole event.

The Art Booth was a huge hit! The girls had a blast creating colorful crafts and expressing their creativity, with plenty of materials and guidance from the friendly staff. The Nail Polish Booth was another highlight, each girl left with a beautifully painted manicure, adding a touch of glamour to their day. The Face Paint Booth was also amazing, with the artist creating fun, intricate designs that thrilled all the kids.

The bouncy castle was a big success, the kids spent so much time laughing and bouncing, burning off energy in the best way possible. And the DJ kept the music lively and age-appropriate, adding to the festive vibe and keeping everyone moving.

The team also took care of all the essentials like the cake, drinks, and food, making it a seamless experience for us as parents. Everything was well-organized, and the staff managed every detail with care, allowing us to relax and enjoy watching the kids have the time of their lives.
