We've all had those days when we have endless errands to run and it's really stressful and you know usually you end up home totally spent, beat up and just want to go to bed. Well today was a little different, I had to get a cable to charge my cell phone and went into a store, well known name, and was totally ignored and of course i happened to bring it to the attention of the store attendant by saying hi to him. Greeting the customer actually works! he looked at me said "oh hi"and then I left cuz I don't like being treated that way. Then I found another store ok yes a Verizon store at the Jefferson valley Mall I decided let me take my cable in and give it one more shot. I did just that. I walked through the door and the salesperson said hello and then I walked right over .w that was the first right step and definitely not the last. I Started to explain my issue and he tried to help me best he could and showed me that my port on my phone is actually a little bit old that's why it wasn't holding the cable well. So I said well talk to me about new phones and Steven did just that told me what he thought of the different phones and what would suit my needs. it was definitely a lot of different options some of them way too expensive for my needs and he stayed away from those and I really appreciated that it's not easy being a salesman but being an honest one is even harder. So we started the process of getting a new phone and yes I actually do love it and the entire team was in on helping me. the supervisor Tyler and also another colleague Andrew. So yes there was a Steven Tyler but I won't make any band references here that would be cheap. LOL I'm sure they were all heard it before. But they are rock stars!!! So we went through entire processes of changing over my information to the new phone actually there was a promo for tablet for free and for a couple of extra dollars a month I can actually have the tablet connected as well so I took advantage of it. I could spend hours talkin about what a great group of guys these are. They work well together but they also work well for the customer. They work so well that a former customer actually brought in a box of donuts for them, honestly now where have you seen that before? Sometimes people in the sales industry don't realize that it's also service. these guys understand that, they're passionate about their work and they work it together. So this group move mountains for me and made everything I wanted and needed happen. Am I going back? Absolutely and anybody who passes by the Verizon store at the Jefferson valley Mall and doesn't stop in just to say hi is missing out on a great team! bravo guys great job! BTW I know I was there for more than two and a half hours but that was on purpose I really didn't want to leave, so beware because you will end up going into the store and you'll like the way you feel when you leave because when I got home instead of feeling spent and tired and exhausted I was energized and ready to go out. I think the next time I go in I'll bring Steven, Tyler and...

Bought an iPhone 16 Pro for my 14-year-old as a graduation gift... and from that moment on, itâs been nothing but drama and headaches thanks to this terrible store. Make sure to check your bill! Thankfully I was able to get my money back from their mistakes! As a parent you are just happy to buy your child a graduation present but this store took advantage!
The employees here are absolutely useless. They donât listen, they donât care, and they certainly donât understand customer service. Dillon was the worst of the bunchârude, dismissive, and clearly just yessing you and trying to sell you stuff you don't want or need...Pretty much like any desperate salesman. Maybe if he spent more time learning how to treat people (or focusing on his health, honestly), heâd be less of a liability to this already sinking ship of a store.
They love to say âlet us know if you need anythingâ with a fake smileâbut donât bother calling. They wonât answer. They wonât return voicemails. Youâre on your own the second you walk out the door.
This store is a scammy mess, full of salespeople pushing products they donât understand just to hit some quota. It honestly feels like theyâre trying to unload everything before they go out of business.
Avoid this place at all costs. Go literally anywhere else. Yorktown Verizon at JV...
Read moreTransferred my business account from t-mobile last month, Brandon the manager was awesome not only was he patient but super professional! He sat with me for over 2 hours to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered, and broke down my pricing in detail so there was no surprises at the store. Also informed of any charges on my bill that would be taken care of in the next cycle.(because I traded in phone it takes time for them to credit that account) He made the transfer of both my phone numbers and the contents super fast an easy. I also just added 2 new lines to my account at this store again Brandon came through with getting me the 2 phones I asked for within 1 day of telling him I was coming in. Again at the end of this transaction he tells me if I have any issues or problems to come to him directly and he will take care of it. To me thatâs someone who cares about his customers.
I know people get frustrated and angry with the phone companyâs an how they billâŚ(I am certainly one of those people) just remember the people who help you get n set up your phone canât control what the billing department does or doesnât do after you leave but 9/10 times that person who helped will help you correct it to best of their abilityâs. Just have to be patient a polite as hard...
