Well I don’t usually do these but damn I was compelled to put a review in after my experience. It started when I put an order in for after work. I rushed down there before they closed to be told that their ordering system was putting orders in for Scranton even though I clearly ordered from Wayne. No sweat cause I was told that they had another kind in the back. When I got to the register the kid hyped up the product telling me he got it a while ago ( mind you this is a brand new product) whatever, he’s in sales I get it but I automatically don’t trust you anymore. He’s goes to that back to get my products and comes out 5 min later telling my they are having issues with their inventory. So this means either one of their employees have it to purchase or someone didn’t do there job and take it off the menu or both. Seeing that he said there were two when I got to his register, I would say both errors. At that point there was literally nothing he could do but suggest a product twice as expensive. Patient care and customer service here is atrocious. Probably why they have to undercut neighboring dispensaries to make up for bad...

Always out of stock of items. The vibes in this store are TERRIBLE. Used the be the cheapest around but now I’ll be back to Curaleaf because of their staff, prices, and ease of payment with no surcharge. Sometimes the system is down here and they make you use their ATM. The last time this happened they credited my additional ATM fee to the order. Before using the ATM I asked if this was possible. They said “it should be fine.” I was then informed by the chaser that the manager said no to credited the double transaction fee of $3.50 to my purchase. They advised me that the manager said no, and then in the next sentence said “the manager Is actually not here..” This results in the customer feeling duped, and paying double transaction surcharges. The staff tries to appear like they care. But 90% of them seem very cold, aside From the older Woman who Is very nice, the guy with the long ponytail, and some of the young ladies who sit up front. Honestly.. with so many other choices… I don’t think...

Wow. When this place opened I was taken aback by the prices. They are very good. Distallates carts start at $15. LLR start about $35. I am a cannabis connoisseur of sorts. I check the local dispensary’s menus daily and keep my eyes open for specials. That being said I know what strains and brands sell and which ones don’t. Ascend, I think, takes or gets or buys all those red headed step children from the growers and processors. The unpopular carts and flower end up here. Cannabis has a shelf life. Keep that in mind when shopping. Check your dates. I believe you get what you pay for, most times. Cannabis not being an exception. Sales are great and cheap cannabis is even better. Go check these guys out, the staff is great and knowledgeable, the front of house and the back of the house. Well run, clean and super reasonable pricing with a killer staff? I’m on my way. FYI there are quite a few of MMJ dispensaries on Rt 30 on the mainline. Some better, some not. ...
